Our company mission is to provide high-quality, reliable, landscape maintenance and turf care services to our customers at a reasonable price. And we have been doing just that since 1996! In order to accomplish this mission, we have over the years developed a very effective customer service model.
First, because every property is different, we always meet with every prospective customer at their house before doing an estimate. At this initial meeting, we thoroughly evaluate the needs of the prospective customer and their yard so that we can meet and exceed expectations if they become a customer.
After working up the estimate, we thoroughly explain to the customer how our service operates and what they can expect from us. If they decide to start service, we work out the starting schedule for the different services and then we begin!
The first visit is usually from one of our well-trained maintenance crews. Each house is assigned to a crew, which results in the same crew providing service 95+% of the time. This is critical to maintain the consistency, reliability, and quality of the service. Then, if other services are selected, such as bush trimming or turf treatments, those specialized crews will provide their services on their schedules.
As service continues, customers occasionally have inquiries about their service, the schedule, billing, extra work needs, etc. Phone calls and emails are returned on a timely basis, usually same day or next day. Also, we make site visits to look over anything in the landscape that needs attention or to evaluate extra work requests. Extra work usually can be done within several days of being requested.
In addition to being very responsive, we are also proactive regarding customer landscape needs. If we see something in the landscape that merits attention, we will inform our customer about it and our plan to take care of it.
This combination of thorough initial property evaluation, well-trained and consistent crews, and a high level of customer responsiveness has resulted in a high level of reliability and quality in our service for our customers.
